Our family weight loss competition has got me pumped! Me and my cousin Maddie are using an app called “Lose It!” where you track your food and exercise. I absolutely love this app! I have already lost 7 LBs!!!
On the home screen I can see a pie chart of how many carbs, protein and fat I eaten in the day. Also I invited Maddie to my account. Maddie and I have a “daily workout” to do every night. Shake It Off ( our team name) is coming through!
