Eating with electrons in mind

Stress generates free radicals, which storm your body looking for an electron they can steal, leaving damaged cells in their wake.

Antioxidants come equipped with an extra electron that can neutralize free radicals.

Which means that …

When you eat too much junk food, not only are you not getting any antioxidants, but by doing something that makes you feel guilty, you’re actually generating more free radicals.

Moral of the story: Eat with your electron balance in mind.

I’ll stick to eating for fuel… Eating for an electronic balance (this is tongue-I’m-cheek, I absolutely know better) is too much like super-small ball. 😉
