“What’s Slim-fast?” I said. Once she explained it, I thought it was a great idea to try for a week or so. I like the idea of not having so many choices to make and knowing that I can eat something every couple of hours. I started on Wednesday and yesterday I was already down a pound! And whatever I do eat is filling. I’m trying to make my main meal each day as tasty and healthy as possible. Like a big baked potato with broccoli and cheese sauce — yum!
So here’s the question: can I really get slim — fast?
I guess it doesn’t really matter how long it takes. We’ll see how this works over the next week or so. Let’s just hope I can keep going.
