She’s nearly 20 pounds lighter — and has turned $80 worth of bets into $138.61, not counting the contest that ended yesterday. (She’s also donated some of her winnings to charity; I’m not sure whether that’s included in this amount.)
Jen’s been following a pretty strict anti-allergenic diet, jettisoning all kinds of foods that give her difficulties. In her case, that means no dairy, no sugar, no yeast, no gluten, and nothing cultured or fermented. “I’m healthier, happier, and have made enough money for a FitBit One, which is a nice perk,” she wrote last night.
