Fairy tale at the scale?

I wonder what percentage of Lifetime Weight Watchers members actually maintain their goal weight, versus how many, like me, hover just within range so that they can “make weight” once a month?

On the one hand, I’ve never been “over” on a weigh-in. But there aren’t many days in any given month where I actually weigh my goal weight or less.

It occurs to me that if I really do want to live life at 135 pounds, I should probably lower my goal weight. We’ll see if I ever actually get around to doing that.
